Concerning Hobbits and Movies

In episode #2, we discussed the top ten cheesy movies of the 1980's, and started a new segment entitled the Cultures of Middle Earth, in which we discussed Hobbits.

Gary Oldman has been confirmed as returning as Sirius Black in the fifth Harry Potter film, The Order of the Phoenix.
Starting Monday, March 27, the fantasy mini-series Dark Kingdom airs on the Sci-Fi channel.
Toronto will be the location a stage production of Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. http://toronto.ctv.ca/servlet/an/local/CTVNews/20060323/lotr_toronto_060323/ It opened thursday with mediocre reviews. Bummer.
